Currently using Solus and enjoying it.
It does have a smaller repo of software, but snaps and flatpaks can alleviate that. The flatpaks I do have installed, I did on Ubuntu. Solus also has a straight forward way of requesting packages
Solus does have Lutris in the repo, where you have to add the PPA on Ubuntu.
Unfortunately, Solus is still on 4.20. But once it does push out 5.0, you'll have freesync and that won't be an issue anymore.
All in all, I would say Solus is a great distro and worth giving a try. Maybe list some of the programs you use a lot and I can let you know if their in the repo.
