My keyboard is a G810 Orion Spectrum. I have an old RF "wireless" hp keyboard with a base station. It is a driverless system though, So it should work in GRUB. I also made sure that the keyboards are plugged into USB2 ports And it still does not work. Like, it worked the first few reboots, and then it quit working. I have a suspicion that it is a UEFI problem. Also I updated My BIOS to the latest release. Same thing. I have a X470 AORUS Gaming 5 wifi with a Ryzen 2600 and a RX580 with a 512GiB M.2 NVME Drive with all my boot partitions and a 2T hard drive partitioned to /home. So when I reinstall I just point /home to that drive. Right now I have Endevour OS installed along side Debian 10, which both have /home pointed at the 2T hard drive. I also Have an Isolated POP_OS install with its own boot partition and does not point to the 2T hard drive for /home. It is meant for emergencies. When I installed Endevour OS There wasn't a way to point /boot/efi to a separate partition which is what I did with Debian. I could do /boot but not /boot/efi. So fearing I might bork Debian by changing it from /boot/efi to just /boot I just installed grub on the Master Boot Record. I forget If grub was on the MBR when I just had Debian installed, But anyhow that's my setup.
Just FYI, I booted into Debian after the install of Endevour And it still worked fine.
